Three ways
Choose the path that matches what you already know: the software number, only the car VIN, or your own readout that needs the immobilizer switched off.
The software number is on the unit label or in the dump you read. Open the catalog and type it into search. You can search the full number, for example 0AM300065G, or only the start, for example 0AM. If you also know the version, add it after a space: 0AM300065G 6560.
The catalog lists the files that match this number. When the number and version match exactly one file, its page opens straight away. It shows the gearbox, software number, version and what is inside the archive. The price is 20 €. After payment the file downloads from the button on the page and a copy is sent by email.
Before writing, check the software number and version against the unit label. Do not write a file with different numbers into this unit.
If there is no label or the number cannot be read, the car VIN is enough. It is the 17 characters from the vehicle body. Enter it in the search on this page and add an email.
The system finds the car and shows the software number that belongs to it. Next to it are all versions of that software: the current one, newer ones and older ones. The current version is marked. You can see what is fitted now and which version you can use instead if you need a different one.
You download the version you need after payment, 20 €, when that file is in the database. If a version is not in the database yet, it has no download button. No registration is required: the file appears as a button on the page and a copy goes to your email.
On many units, when they are fitted to another car, the immobilizer in the firmware has to be switched off and the VIN in the dump replaced with the number of the car the unit is going into. The service does both automatically.
Choose the unit: DQ200, DQ250, DQ381 or DQ500. For DQ200 also choose the generation, Gen 1 or Gen 2. Upload the two files from your readout: flash and EEPROM. Enter the VIN of the car the unit is fitted to and the email for the archive.
After payment, 30 €, the system switches the immobilizer off and writes the new VIN. The finished archive downloads from the button on the page and a copy is sent by email. You do not edit the dump yourself.
