TCU firmware written with Flex
Flex reads a full set from the gearbox unit: flash, EEPROM, sometimes one backup. DSGSOFT is not the Flex software and does not drive it. A catalog file is the contents of one software version. Open it in the Flex mode that matches this TCU.
A full backup and the catalog
The file page states whether the set contains flash, internal EEPROM, external EEPROM or a full backup. Not every version contains all four.
Immo Off from a dump you already read
A Flex readout can go into the Immo Off form when you have separate flash and EEPROM files and the gearbox is DQ200, DQ250, DQ381 or DQ500.
Price
A version file is 20 €. Immo Off is 30 €. A Flex licence is not included.
Where to do this
A firmware file from the catalog or by VIN costs 20 €. Immo Off together with the VIN change costs 30 €. The download button appears after payment and a copy is sent by email. If that version is not in the database, there is no button. Before writing, match the software number and version to the unit label.
